I've dined at Jungsik in Korea and twice at this NY location now, and I am a fan of the reliably delicious fare. Often during a tasting menu, there's 1 or 2 dishes that underwhelm, but Jungsik impresses course after course. Foie gras pate with fruit gelee and mini toasts, fried oyster, a squash crepe, eggplant, and a tartare crisp.

I was amazed at how this restaurant only get Mich 2 star but not 3...everything is so perfect until the main course: bulgogi sauce marinated Wagyu steak with Kimchi...well.
