Each encounter is a pinnacle drop. VOTD is 4 pinnacles per character per week as long as you have 1 of each character. You get a pinnacle from the boss of the featured raid and a pinnacle from every encounter of the newest raid. You can farm everything on the featured raid only. No - it’s once per class per week. Current dungeon/raid gives a pinnacle for every encounter.
