Defeat the hollow and take the ladder down where a halberd wielding enemy blocks a doorway and another locked door (can be opened later on with Leonhard's questline, which lead to a Red Eye Orb). Then log out and log back in and go talk to patches after Greirat is gone. Tell Patches where Greirat is. DO NOT BUY ANY OF SIEGWARDS GEAR LET PATCHES HOLD ON TO IT FOR A LITTLE WHILE LONGER.
